Any third-party tools, frameworks, plugins, or licenses used in a project remain subject to their respective license agreements.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access or materials required to complete the project.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or approvals may affect project timelines. Giordano Digital is not responsible for delays arising from client inaction.

Giordano Digital makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, search engine rankings, advertising performance, or return on investment.

We apply best practices and industry expertise to every project, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client follow-through.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giordano Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Giordano Digital reserves the right to terminate a project or refuse service at its discretion, with a pro-rated refund for any prepaid work not yet completed.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site to distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the site's operation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of this website at any time without notice.
